【摘要】:1.1ThisspecificationprovidestheminimumrequirementsforaPilotx2019;sOperatingHandbook(POH)foranaircraftdesigned,manufactured,andoperatedasalightsportaircraft.1.2ThisspecificationdefinesthePOHinformationthatshallbeprovidedbytheaircraftmanufacturerofanewairplaneorairplanekitasapartoftheinitialsaleortransfertothefirst-enduser.Note18212;ThePOHmayalsobereferredtoasanAircraftOperatingInstruction(AOI).However,POHisconsideredtheapprovednomenclature.1.3Thisspecificationappliestoanairplaneseekingcivilaviationauthorityapproval,intheformofflightcertificates,flightpermits,orotherlikedocumentationasalightsportaircraft.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
