【摘要】:ThispartofISO2871specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofhigh-molecular-masscationic-activematerialssuchasa)quaternaryammoniumcompoundsinwhichtwoofthealkylgroupseachcontain10ormorecarbonatoms,e.g.distearyl-dimethyl-ammoniumchlorides,orb)saltsofimidazolineor3-methylimidazolineinwhichlong-chainacylaminoethylandalkylgroupsaresubstitutedinthe1-and2-positions,respectively.Themethodisapplicabletosolidsortoaqueoussolutionsoftheactivematerial.Therelativemolecularmassofthecationic-activemattershallbeknownorpreviouslydeterminedifitscontentisexpressedasapercentagebymass.Themethodisnotapplicableifanionicsurface-activeagentsarepresent.NOTE—Lowrelativemolecularmasssulfonatesoftolueneandxylenepresentashydrotropesdonotinterferewhenpresentinconcentrationsuptoandincluding15%(m/m)withrespecttotheactivematerial.Athigherlevels,theirinfluenceshouldbeevaluatedineachparticularcase.Non-ionicsurfaceactiveagents,soap,ureaandthesaltsof(ethylenedinitrilo)tetraaceticaciddonotinterfere.Typicalinorganiccomponentsofdetergentformulations,suchassodiumchloride,sulfate,borate,tripolyphosphate,per-borate,silicate,etc.,donotinterfere,butbleachingagentsotherthanperborateshallbedestroyedbeforetheanalysis,andthesampleshallbecompletelysolubleinwater.ThispartofISO2871shouldbereadinconjunctionwithISO2271.
