【摘要】:ThispartoftheIEC60870-5seriesdescribestestcasesforconformancetestingoftelecontrolequipment,SubstationAutomationSystems(SAS)andtelecontrolsystems,includingfront-endfunctionsofSCADA.TheuseofthispartofIEC60870facilitatesinteroperabilitybyprovidingastandardmethodoftestingprotocolimplementations,butitdoesnotguaranteeinteroperabilityofdevices.ItisexpectedthatusingthispartofIEC60870duringtestingwillminimizetheriskofnoninteroperability.ThegoalofthispartofIEC60870istoenableunambiguousandstandardisedevaluationofIEC60870-5companionstandardprotocolimplementations.TheguidelinesandconditionsforthetestingenvironmentaredescribedinIEC60870-5-6.Thedetailedtestcasespercompanionstandard,containingamongothersmandatoryandoptionalmandatorytestcasesperBasicApplicationFunction,ASDUandtransmissionprocedures,willbecomeavailableasatechnicalspecification(TS).OtherfunctionalitymayneedadditionaltestcasesbutthisisbeyondthescopeofthispartofIEC60870.Forpropertesting,itisrecommendedtodefinetheseadditionaltestcases.ThispartofIEC60870dealsmainlywithcommunicationconformancetesting;thereforeotherrequirements,suchassafetyorEMCarenotcovered.Theserequirementsarecoveredbyotherstandards(ifapplicable)andtheproofofcomplianceforthesetopicsisdoneinaccordancewiththesestandards.
