【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyandperformancerequirementsandtestmethodsapplicabletoturntableladderswithcombinedmovementsofclasses18,24and30,asdefinedin3.13,underthecontroloffirefightersandintendedforfirefightingandrescuingpeople.Turntableladdervehiclescompriseachassis,bodyworkandapoweredextendingstructureunitintheformofaladderwithorwithoutacage.TurntableladdervehiclescoveredbythisEuropeanStandardhaveaself-propelledchassis,themotorofwhichsuppliespowerrequiredfortheoperationoftheladderandpermitsalloftheoperationalmovementstobemadesimultaneously,withnorestrictionontheangleofthetrainingmovement.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalsafetyrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationaluse,theroutinecheckingandmaintenanceofturntableladderswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsodealswithperformancerequirements.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththeuseofturntableladdervehicleswithinatemperaturerangefrom-15°Cto+35°Candwithawindvelocityontheladderset≤12,5m/s.Additionalmeasurescanbenecessaryforuseoutsidethisrange(tobenegotiatedbetweenthemanufacturerandtheuser).NOTESpecialdesignsforuseunderspecialclimaticconditionsarearrangedbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.1.4ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththehazardsofthestandardautomotivechassisorduetouseasaroadvehicle.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoturntableladdervehicleswithcombinedmovementswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
